How you can Replace Halogen Lights With LED
Permalink

One method to "go eco-friendly" in your house or office would be to replace halogen bulbs with LED (light giving off diode) lights. Although halogen lights are superior to the older incandescent lights, LEDs are better yet for optimum efficiency and low energy use. LED Bulb light is also safer than other sorts of lights---they hardly even warm up throughout use. You are able to put LED lights in a fitting in your house.

        1

Take away the halogen bulb in the socket. For those who have been while using light, you may want to wait several minutes for that halogen bulb to awesome off once you power it down. Twist the bulb counter-clockwise to take it out of the socket. One LED GU10 3W is equivalent to a 25W incandescent bulb, along with a 3W LED is equivalent to in regards to a 35W incandescent bulb when it comes to light strength.

        2

Place the LED bulb in to the socket and transform it clockwise until it's tight. Don't overtighten. Replace the sunshine cover or shade.

        3

Go ahead and take old halogen LED GU10 5W to some home improvement center for recycling. Don't dump it within the trash---it's trace aspects of metals and minerals making it unacceptable for traditional disposal.
