Medicine balls are the rave! They were a very well-liked coaching device back in the early one900's and have come back full force with g15 driver. Each and every conditioning plan for golf and all sports incorporate medicine balls.

The beauty of medicine balls will be the weight. They are as big as a basketball, but can weigh up to 20 pounds with g15 irons. This is perfect for strengthening your core specific to golf. Take a look at the image here. I'm doing a stationary golf swing with ping g15 driver. This simple exercise can add a massive amount of yards to all your clubs because of the rapid strength improvement of your core.
