I was lucky enough to be there on Saturday night.  With all the music that was going on in the area that night, I feel like we got the sweetest show that night.  Boris Garcia was the band and we will be hearing from then again real soon.  They are a bunch of great guys with great talent.  Most bands that come into HGR do a show from like 8pm-> 10pm.  These guys played until 12:30am to about six people in studio. They have a NRPS & RRE feel to them.  They also gave us the World premier of the new single. (I can't remember the name) AMAZING TUNE!!!  Buddy Cage (NRPS) and Tim Carbone played on it.  Tim also produced the record that has another special guest. Mrs. Donna Jean Godchaux-MacKay (Elvis,Grateful Dead) singing on the record.  Pretty cool company to make music with and they sure did pull out all the stops. I love the show and look forward to hearing the new record.biggrinbiggrin

I was listening on line that night and too thought it was a great sound.  I look forward to hearing more from this band.   Thanks HGRNJ for turning me onto so many cool bands.
