With actors, writers, sets, costumes, locations, live musicians, etc., seinfeld dvd is very expensive to create, I am sure. And people have complained about paying $30-40 to see a season of such quality entertainment, or a half-season for $20-30? I don't understand that. That is less than the price of one ticket to a live show and we get to view a show repeatedly that includes comedy, drama, amazing musical numbers, and ground-breaking opportunities for people to view and understand characters that represent many diverse groups and individuals in our culture.
"Glee Season 3 DVD Box Set" is closer to being "Freaks & Geeks" than it is "The O.C.". Though there is a lot of soap opera melodrama, like "Ugly Betty", this is no vacuous teen drama about pretty rich kids, but neither is it a fringe curiosity. "Glee" is about kids on the outside looking to be part of something that they enjoy, and it's very enjoyable to watch them strive. _____________________________________________ discount music CDs of musiclifetime.com
I can see where you're cminog from with a lot of what you've been saying (the only one that I personally noticed while watching was the deaf choir but I can recognise more of them) but I don't think that the people bulying Artie was meant to be funny. It seemed to me that the point of that scene was that Finn realised that he was doing something wrong and horrible and that's why he stepped in. *shrugs* Just the way I saw it.
I don't have a tselvieion, so I know nothing of tselvieion except what other people tell me. But what stuns me is that you have time to watch TV at all. Honestly, when do you sleep?
