How to Solve C101D-68- Fuel Level Low Alarm.(For JS140 Side mounted Sensor) .

Possible Cause: 
1. Fuel Level is low in the fuel tank.
2. Fuel sensor not connected to machine revolver harness.
3. Faulty fuel sensor.
 

Diagnosis: 
1. Check the fuel level in fuel tank.
2. Check fuel senor connection with machine revolver harness.
3. Check the resistance output of fuel sensor between machine grounds & Pin no B of fuel sensor. 

Fuel sensor.
output shall be between 12 - 100 Refer below photograph for fuel sensor connection. 

Corrective Action:-
1. Refill the fuel in the tank
2. Connect properly fuel sensor with revolver wire harness.
3. Replace the fuel sensor.
